Technical Terminology

These terms have special significance within the context of this document:

• RCS: It stands for Rich Communication Service.

• RBM: It stands for Rich Communication Service Business Messaging. In general purpose, RCS and RBM are used interchangeably otherwise indicated.

• Enterprise: Entity which wants to communicate with its customers.

• RBM Agent: A google agent is a conversational entity that interacts with customers by sending messages and reacting to users' responses.

• App Id: App Id is a unique identification for any RBM Agent. Any enterprise can have multiple agents and hence the same number of App Ids.

• Rich Card: Rich cards let you send a chunk of related information, media, or suggestions as a single unit.

• DLR: DLR stands for Delivery Report which means status of message. For example, if a message is read by the user the DLR will be READ.
